Delphi is the self-assessment test for entrepreneurial attitudes designed for aspiring and new entrepreneurs!
Entrepreneurial attitudes, such as the willingness to take risks, creativity, the ability to establish good human relationships, etc., often influence the chances of success for a business. Only a few possess all these qualities together. Often, those who can face risks are not patient; those who can handle stress are not creative, and so on.
That's why it is very useful, especially for those who want to start their own business, to know the strengths and weaknesses of their own personality, improve their weak points, or seek partners with complementary characteristics to their own.
Delphi presents a series of statements (items) on which to express a personal judgment. The items are divided into various groups corresponding to different entrepreneurial attitudes. For each item, five possible responses are provided on a behavior scale ranging from "strongly agree" to "strongly disagree" (Always, Often, Sometimes, Rarely, Never). After answering all the test items, Delphi processes the self-assessment result of one's entrepreneurial attitudes.
There are no "right" answers, only personal opinions.
